How long does a divorce take?
It depends on the type of divorce, whether there are children, and the reconciliation attempts required by the court. During the consultation we explain the procedure suited to your situation and the expected timeline.
I have been dismissed — what should I do?
Keep all your documents (contract, payslips, work certificate, letters) and contact the office quickly, as some deadlines are short. We will assess whether the dismissal was unfair and what compensation is due.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
Your ID card and every document related to the matter: contracts, previous judgments, deeds, letters or certificates. We will identify together anything missing.
How are fees determined?
According to the nature and complexity of the case. They are agreed clearly before any step is taken, in line with the rules of the legal profession.
